What to do if the needed hotel is not in the selection

If the hotel you need is not in the selection, you can contact Unit Travel customer service using the contact information provided in the Support section. When creating a request, you need to add a link to the hotel and stay dates, tourists number and room type.


💡Please note that if a hotel is on the service, but the required room type or meal plan is not available, it is not possible to add these options. In some cases, the hotel reception may accommodate changes for an additional fee.
