Refundable and non-refundable rates: what is it?

🙋‍♂️ What types of tariffs are available?


No-loss cancellation (refundable rate) This rate offers free cancellation. A payment deadline is specified in the booking. If the client wishes to cancel the reservation before the deadline, despite partial, full, or no payment, you can do so without penalty. Full payment for this rate must be made before the end of the booking period. This means you don't have to pay immediately when you submit your request. A countdown timer will appear in your personal account or on the main page dashboard, indicating the deadline for full payment.


A non-refundable rate - rate where full payment is required to confirm the order. Once confirmed, meaning full payment is made, cancellation with a non-refundable rate is only possible with a penalty 100%.

  • Instant payment required
  • Reservation changes are not possible
  • Service confirmation begins only after full payment
  • No refunds are given for cancellations
  • You can select the Payment within 2 hours option (may be useful when paying with multiple cards)


❗️If you pay within two hours, there's no guarantee of room availability. If your request isn't approved, your funds will be refunded to the card used for payment.
