Unit Travel's customer service is an improved version of our support team. We strive to resolve any issues that arise and are always available.


How to contact support?

Support service contacts are listed on the main page in the top menu under Support.

  • If you have any questions about an existing reservation, please submit a request by clicking on the link reservations list, select the reservation and go to the section Write to support.
  • If you have any other questions, you can send a request by email, Facebook messenger or call by phone.


What issues does the support service handle?

The support service handles all issues related to the use of the Unit Travel booking service.

Answers to basic questions can be found in the section Knowledge Base.


What are the support service hours?

  • 24/7 work schedule - hotline mode.
  • If you have an urgent question after business hours, please call us.
  • During business hours, please write to the online chat regarding your request.
